Shipping Policy

International Shipping
We use Post Office EMS, which means we can ship to most places worldwide. (For some European countries, we use EMS Premium, in partnership with UPS)

A flat shipping rate of USD 10.00 will be charged upon checkout.

Shipping takes 5-10 days in general, please keep an eye on the shipping status with the tracking number we provide.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your package via EMS website.
We will provide you with the tracking number upon dispatch.

Customs
Please note, you have to meet any charges for customs clearance.
For orders to European countries, customs tax is exempted due to the Fair Trade Agreement.

For orders to the United States, the government will charge you a 46% customs tax.
Once we obtain the certificate of origin, however, which we are currently in the process of applying, we will provide it to you so that you can apply for the lower rate of 15% customs tax. Until then, you will be charged the full 46% customs tax. We will update this notice once we secure the certificate of origin.
