We are pleased to accept exchange or return of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

When trying the shoes on, please be mindful not to scratch the soles.

*Please note, if you made a special request regarding the order (altering size, for example), we cannot accept return or exchange.

How to exchange or return an item

1. Please write an email to :  hello@pleiades-shoes.com with your Name, Order Number and Order Date.

2. When you receive a reply from us, please send us the product back with our original packaging.

Exchange

For exchange, please note that you should take care of the return shipping.

Then we will cover the shipping cost for delivery of the new shoes to you.

We advise you to use a tracked method when sending the product back.
Kindly note that if, upon receipt, we find that the shoes are used, worn, altered or damaged, we will not be able to exchange the shoes.
Please be informed that we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Size fitting service

We offer 1 x Free Size Exchange per order.

Although we are a made-to-order brand, we are happy to make a new pair for you free of charge if the shoes did not fit you for your initial order.

Your shoes must fit you perfectly :)

Incorrect / Faulty Items

If we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged or faulty, please send an email to : hello@pleiades-shoes.com immediately.

We will refund your postage costs to exchange or return the product.

Please send us a copy of the shipping invoice after sending the product back to us.
