We are pleased to accept exchange or return of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles.
*Please note, if you made a special request regarding the order (altering size, for example), we cannot accept return or exchange.
How to exchange or return an item
1. Please write an email to : hello@pleiades-shoes.com
with your name, order number, and order date.
2. When you receive a reply from us, please send us the product back with our original packaging.
Exchange
You are responsible for return shipping.
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for delivery of the new shoes to you.
We advise you to use a tracked method when sending the product back. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
If, upon receipt, we find that the shoes are used, worn, altered, or damaged, we will not be able to exchange the shoes.

Incorrect / Faulty Items
If we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged or faulty, please send us an email to : hello@pleiades-shoes.com immediately.
We will refund your postage costs to exchange or return the product.
Please send us a copy of the shipping invoice after sending the product back to us.
