HELLO, BETTY !
Please tell us where you are based, and what your biggest passion is.

Hiii! My name is Betty, I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I study photography, and I have a passion for finding special vintage pieces, and have done that since I was little.
For me it’s the feeling of the clothing and shoes being unique and special, because no one else probably has the same piece at home !
And also the thought of the garment having belonged to someone else - who had another story and way of dressing - then you have yourself.
It’s kind of a fairytale, we write our own stories with garments and shoes.
That’s also how I feel about Pleiades, I feel lucky to own a pair of such well handcrafted shoes.
You can feel the slow fashion process, which I appreciate a lot.

My everyday life contains snapping photos on my Contax analog camera, and seeking new inspiration from people on the street, travels and everywhere actually.

Solange, Blood Orange and The Internet.

3. What Are Your 3 Favourite Items In Your Wardrobe ?

- Must be my oversized vintage Carhartt jeans, that I wore together with my ANGEL Pleiades heels the other night.
Great mix by the way ;) But those pants have the perfect fit, and length.

- One of my own charm necklace creations. I do necklaces and bracelets with vintage beads, stones and charms - that I collect on flea markets, in antique stores and many other places - on travels and local here in Copenhagen. @helloyellowcharms I call it ;)

- My fresh water pearl necklace from a danish classic jewellery brand called Monies. I got it a year ago, and have no joke been wearing it every day!!

4. Your Best Destination for A Trip ?

Right now I would love to go back to Paris.
I had the best trip back in September with a friend.
We ate cakes at the best small local bakery’s and found GREAT stuff on flea markets and saw a lovely exhibition by our friend!! And a dream destination for me - is for sure Seoul! I would love to go there one day. Its very high wish on my list :)

5. Best Hidden Spots In Your City ?

Dzidra is my favourite local cafe on Nørrebro! They serve the best aubergine tartes, pancake cakes, scones and salads. They are so talented and sweet. Love the atmosphere there.

6. What Is Your Most Memorable Film ?

I recently went a lot to the cinema in the evenings - which I love! Yesterday I watched “House of Gucci” and I must admit that it was VERY VERY beautifully made, filmed and styled. A big inspiration!

But also I’ve recently watched “Shiva Baby”, it was only 1 hour and 18 minutes - and nearly the whole movie was filmed at the same location - and I really loved it!!
