• INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the terms and conditions for using the pleiades-shoes.com ('Site') website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions ('The Conditions').

Our terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check them regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you don't agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you shouldn't use or access this website.

• GENERAL INFORMATION
pleiades-shoes.com is registered in Republic of Korea, Company No. 513-64-62445

Our registered office is Suite 302, 19 Bangbae-ro 42-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul 06584, Republic of Korea.

Pleiades' total liability for any claim, however it arises, will not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Pleiades to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. Pleiades will not be liable for any resulting customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Pleiades cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in a catalogue or on the website. This statement does not affect customers' statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by changing them on the Site, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us.

The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

• WHAT YOU AGREE TO
When you purchase Pleiades products through pleiades-shoes.com you will enter into a contract for sale with Pleiades. All goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
All details you provide to Pleiades for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and the credit or debit card you are using must be your own and there must be sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
You agree that e-mail can be used as long-distance means of communication.

• OUR RIGHT TO END AN AGREEMENT WITH YOU
Pleiades reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you:

If you fail to make payment to us when due
If you breach any of our terms and conditions
If, when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
If we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on pleiades-shoes.com

• ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms are governed by the law of Republic of Korea and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the court of Republic of Korea.

• ORDERING
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and pleiades-shoes.com until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an e-mail.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT) and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an e-mail from us telling you the reasons why.

Product(s) sold through pleiades-shoes.com are owned and sold by Pleiades. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products, however, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.

Any information on the Site regarding sizing of the product(s) is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Pleiades product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order by sending an e-mail to hello@pleiades-shoes.com

• RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Pleiades product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of Pleiades product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of Pleiades product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

• PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on pleiades-shoes.com are correct at the time of entering the information, but we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and on your order confirmation letter.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, when a Pleiades product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Pleiades product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation letter.

pleiades-shoes.com accepts payments through Paypal or Credit card via 2checkout.
All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card or your Paypal account refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

• DELIVERY
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Despatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days after the date of the Despatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

If your delivery address is outside of Republic of Korea, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or similar addresses.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which Pleiades products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
