Our Milano, September 2025

PLEIADES collection was presented at WHITE Milano in September.

Kyu and I couldn’t wait to be back in one of our favourite cities, with wonderful food, wine, gelato and the beautiful streets full of fun.

Sharing some moments from the journey!

Italian mornings always start with brioches and a cup of espresso.

We visited the bar that we liked the most from the previous trip, and also found a new one from our neighbourhood.

We love the Tortona district, where the show was about to begin, too.
The area is also called ‘Tortona fashion district’.
Many private showrooms are taking place, and sometimes off-schedule shows from Fuori Salone, the furniture fair, also happens here.
It’s near Navigli and Porta Genova, which means we can go to all of the fun areas and even to the central within 15-20mins by walk.

We had several days before the show starts, so we tried to make the most out of the time.

We walked a lot along the streets of Milan, had a small aperitivo, went on a gift shopping and had a 5-course pizza meal.

We could also visit one of our manufacturing partners, and we sourced beautiful materials from European makers.

Hopefully we’ll be able to show them to you through our future collections.

We couldn’t miss out on Fondazione Prada, my favourite gallery in Milan.
Although we were quite tired from the material sourcing, we managed to go to the gallery in the afternoon.

It was mostly cloudy and rainy, but when the sun came out, the sky looked magnificent because of the dramatic weather.

The sky made the view of the buildings even more special.

We went through the permanent collections at the ATLAS, and also saw the special exhibition of Alejandro Iñárritu.

Then we went to dine at our favourite trattoria in Milan.

I love the painting of a blue butterfly they have on the wall.

The day’s special included beautiful mushroom dishes, which I enjoyed a lot.

It was a great pre-show meal to fill us with a good energy, with a bottle of wine -

It’s been months of hard work to go to Milan.
I’ve been preparing for it from the beginning of the year, and I also got a request from the show for the VIP gifts. They said they needed around 200 of them.

My proposal was all handmade : hand-tied knot bracelets in a hand-sewn calico envelope with our labels, accompanied with a card with hand-drawn illustrations.

It seemed to be an almost impossible task, but I made it!
All shipped from Seoul to Milan, on time.

On the day of setting up the show, we went on a flower shopping like we always do.

I always need a beautiful flower centre piece for my table whenever I present my collections.

The florist in Milan always delivers the best from my requests.

While waiting for the flowers to be done, we had a coffee from a bar nearby.

We brought some flowers and posters to our space, adding a final touch to the display.

And now, the show shall begin.

We brought most of our signature shoes, along with seasonal items and the latest drops.

Every time we come to the show, certain products are more popular to everyone.
It’s not because of the season (Spring-Summer or Autumn-Winter), I think certain products appeal to people during certain times.

In addition to our signature boots, TASHA mules and flat shoes collection, we brought the latest sneaker drop ‘SUSIE’, and ‘The Flower Cutter’ slingbacks with red crystals.

The collection had more variety than before, and we were very happy to show them to our guests.

There was a welcome drink party on the first day.

The sky was bright and the prosecco was very good.

We couldn’t wait for the following days to meet the guests :)
It was such a rewarding moment.

I wore ALINA 80 for the first day.

They matched perfectly with my navy skirt with flowers -

I am not very much of a person who plans everything, but for trips, especially for work trips I have my outfits precisely planned for each day ;)

ALINA adds a unique power to any outfit.

It can be romantic, it can be a punk, it can be chic and it can also look slightly vintage.

You can improvise it to your own mood -

Following is the usual days at the show.

Coffee runs for 2-3 espresso a day, getting some air and the sunshine.

I also brought TASHA to the trip. My must-have item :)

On the last day of the show, we went out for a night stroll.

And it became one of the best memories from the trip :)

We went to a book store to buy an Italian cookbook, had a gelato and walked all the way to Piazza del Duomo. We went to Rinascente to buy more chocolates, and walked around in the store.

I love the night scenes in Milan.

Where else can you see an artist singing at such late hour, and everyone from the audience is cheerfully enjoying the moment together?

Milanese nights have a special energy that’s different from the day.

On the last day in Milan, we had half a day until our flight time.

So we had the most out of it :)
More walks, more coffee, more galleries and more shopping!

We filled every second with beautiful memories.

Every time I come to Milan, I am truly grateful for all the warm hearts, friendly faces and the feeling of community.

I am reminded again, that we are a part of this lovely world.

Can’t wait to be back, our Milano -
